Museum Residence Oxford

The room was clean, with a stylish, modern decor that caught my fancy. The skylight operated electrically, a nice feature for some natural light without traditional windows.

The noise level during the night was disappointing, ranging from an irritating rumble that interrupted sleep to a powerful green light that couldn't be turned off. Access to the hotel involved complicated door codes instead of keycards. The lack of staff meant no immediate resolution for issues, such as the bathroom skylight lacking blinds or the discomfort from a strange odor when windows were shut. The bed seemed a bit too compact for taller guests, and navigating the steep staircase with luggage posed a challenge. The missing towel for a baby reflected a lack of attention to detail.

It was top-class, stocked and with bags etc.

The hotel offers comfy and ideal location to everything in Oxford. They offer nice cozy, high quality rooms with good bedding and drinks, for instance.

The location is excellent for exploring Oxford, but the noise from the minicab operator was quite bothersome at night.

well, it was a very good stay during our visit. the location was unbeatable and incredible, short walk to a pub and betting shop and taxi rank all of which caused noise until the early hours of the morning, one located in oxford, and a sketchy alley.

The staff was polite, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out...

Unique museum ambiance with central location.

Top quality, air-conditioned room. Fantastic view and comfortable beds. All in all incredible and unbeatable setting so close to pub below-even at 6am, a taxi rank and amusement arcade was located and the centre. Also, near everything.

I loved the quirky charm of the room with the unique history of the building—definitely a standout! The room was clean and cozy, but navigating the narrow staircase with luggage was tricky. 🏰

Great location! We loved exploring local colleges like Christ Church and Pembroke with our friends. The room was cozy, clean, and had comfy beds. Checking in was super easy since we received a code in advance. It was the perfect setup for our group vacation.

The location is great, just a stone's throw from amazing eats like The Bear Inn and The Chequers. I was totally taken by the clean, cozy room too! It's perfect for exploring the city.

The place is clearly misrepresented online. It's not even a true hotel! The room was ice cold on arrival, and the bathroom maintenance was just a joke. Totally unacceptable for the price!

The cool room decor was great, but the toilet leak was really annoying.

The location is amazin, right in the city center! The self-serve lounge for breakfast was dope, had lots of snacks and drinks available all day. The room was clean and had a unique charm to it, with some cool history! Definitely cozy, just right for our overnight stay.

The room was pretty small and a bit hard to find. The noise from the alley kept us up late. The steep stairs with luggage was not so fun.

The entrance to this so-called hotel is basically a hidden door behind a tavern, charming, said no one ever. I was left completely unimpressed with the absence of a receptionist, it reminded me of I was in a ghost town. And since i stayed without any complimentary upgrades, there's no way I'd recommend this place.
